Uruguay – one of the 32 participating countries in the upcoming FIFA 2022 World cup in Qatar has released its final 26-man squad list. A total of 32 teams qualified and have been placed into 8 groups of 4 teams each.
Uruguay seeded in Group H will be taking on Portugal, South Korea, and Ghana in order to progress to the next round. According to FIFA Ranking, Uruguay currently ranks 13th in the world, Portugal – 9th, South Korea – 28th, and Ghana – 60th.
